If you would like to check party date and time availability, call us at 210-481-6144 or send an inquiry Here. The earlier the request, the better chance you have to book your Paint Party with Paint Palooza! We prefer 4 weeks advance notice to secure your date and time. Last minute parties may incur an additional charge to expedite our process, in order to meet your requested party date.


We can take action shots of your paint party fun at no charge. You can elect to have us to post them on our social media. You may TAG yourselves or SHARE our pictures with your Facebook Friends. When you book a party, please advise us if you would like us to post pictures on our Social Media.



When cancelling your event, deposits are generally refunded (minus processing fees and/or party preparation costs) provided your party is cancelled at least 14 calendar days prior to your scheduled date. Refunds shall only be provided to the same card that was charged for your party. Refunds shall be processed within 14 calendar days.

If your party is canceled less than two weeks (14 days) prior to your event, your prepayment shall apply toward a cancellation fee. Cash Payments: If you arranged for cash payment, then $160 (plus processing fees, special painting, time spent, and minus any prepayments) shall be charged to your credit/debit card.

Rescheduling in lieu of a cancellation fee is at the sole discretion and availability of Paint Palooza. If rescheduling in lieu of cancellation is agreeable with Paint Palooza, then your new party date must be secured within 2 weeks from your original party date and your party must be completed within 60 days of the original party date.


There is no tip standard for this industry and they are not required. If you loved your instructor, they appreciate the compliment of a being tipped. If you would like to tip your instructor, please tip them directly.
