Located in downtown San Antonio, La Villita is on the National Register of Historic District, and is a facility of the City of San Antonio, Department for Culture and Creative Development.

The venues of La Villita Historic Arts Village can be visited daily from 8 a.m.to 9 p.m. when the area is open to the public. If you would prefer a guided tour, please call to schedule an appointment with a coordinator any time Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is La Villita’s only indoor, air-conditioned venue, available for small receptions, exhibits or meetings. It is located upstairs above the La Villita Café, next to the main offices of La Villita. This venue is not handicap accessible and restrooms are downstairs.

Built before 1835, this historic house was the site of General Perfecto Cos’ signing of the Articles of Capitulation. Now it is often used for small wedding receptions, parties or dinners. The Cos House has two rooms, plus a kitchen, restrooms, a covered porch and a charming, tree-shaded courtyard.
